I have used his services on several occasions and will happily wait until he is available to do a job rather than risking going elsewhere.
I have found him meticulous and considered in his approach. His always clean sign written van along with his care in his own appearance reflects on his general professional approach. I also find it much easier to deal with him alone with his skills in a number of areas rather than consider working with a number of people from different trades and try and align their different priorities, never mind trying to get one of them back if there is an issue.
