Replacement Bathroom & Insulation
My rental property required a new bathroom, including the roof (flat roof changed to a pitched). Dean and his team did and excellent job on this to get it up to standard for my tenants, without leaving them without a bathroom for very long. Dean worked closely with me at all times listening to my requirements and design choices. He offered excellent advice and feedback to help me maximise the bathroom to its full potential with extra storage. He was very honest and reliable and the cost was very reasonable. Dean has previously carried out work at our home when requested and has responded quickly to our enquiries.
- New laminate flooring in our kitchen area
- Repairs to a brick built fire place
- Refurnished our internal doors by hanging and applying new fittings.
His workmanship was excellent and he responded quickly to our needs even when our supplier did not send all of the door furniture. He was extremely helpful with the situation and coordinated supplying the mislaid goods the same day to enable finished items.

Dean and his team have done several projects for us over the past few years. Including joinery, windows, locksmith jobs and general maintenance. They transformed our garden following our ideas. Dean did an excellent job of our feather edge fencing and decking, his attention to detail and the finished desired effect is excellent.
Another project was to transform our cold outdated conservatory into a warm insulated playroom for our grandson. It looks a different room!
